Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team roles and floor operations.
- Recruit and interview potential staff.
- Provide positive leadership and coaching.
- Hold staff accountable for service standards and procedures.
- Redesign and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate inventories and manage cash drops/bank deposits.
- Distribute and track employee tips.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and taproom cleanliness.
- Train new hires and manage labor costs.
- Comply with local, state, and federal laws.
- Uphold company standards.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience managing a bar/restaurant, brewery, winery, or similar business.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic to advanced math skills and money handling ability.
- Food handler’s card and alcohol service training (or ability to obtain).
- Knowledge of the beer and craft beer industry.
- Understanding and enforcement of ABC laws.
- Awareness of health and sanitation laws.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (25+ lbs.).
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for an entire shift.
- Ability to work in crowded and confined spaces.
- Ability to maintain excellent customer service and professional appearance under pressure.
