Chadwick's, a small speciality bakery, is hiring a General Manager. Seeking a skilled professional with a background in culinary arts and business management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring inventory levels, ordering, scheduling and covering shifts as needed. This role demands strong proactive leadership skills, as the general manager will be tasked with achieving budget targets, developing marketing strategies, and fostering positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
