GM Bar Manager: Full Time
General Bar Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Customer Services and the overall supervision of restaurant staff. GM is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the restaurant including measuring customer service, maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and ensuring the quality of the service provided.
GM is responsible for all front-of-the-house functions on a bar on an opening, mid or closing shift. GM ensures that the shift is run in a smooth manner and attends to any unexpected problems or emergencies that may arise. GM sets the standard for service expectation and personally intervenes to correct company standard service issues. Applicants must have experiences in managerial position and familiar with full bar operation.
Essential Duties; Responsibilities:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of bar management.
Manage all staff including managers and enforce all company standards through proper scheduling, training, development, written performance reviews, and excellent communication;
Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentation, and signage standards;
Ensure an efficient work environment by managing customer and employee complaints, and modifying, creating and/or enforcing procedures and processes to meet deadlines;
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by inspecting facilities and equipment to ensure regulatory compliance; and
Other duties as assigned by owner.

Must be at least 21 years of age;
Food Handler certification preferred, otherwise to be obtained within 30 days from date of hire;
TIPS certified preferred.
Excellent verbal communications skills;
Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests;
Regularly communicate in a positive and effective manner with our guests in a fast paced environment. It is necessary to process as many as 70 transactions an hour;
Maintain a well-groomed appearance;
Maintain a positive, friendly attitude no matter the emotional state of our guests; and
Ability to use a Point-of-sale device.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays a must!
