We’re looking for some dynamic folks to join our crew to help us give our customers an unforgettable experience with craft beer, artisan pizzas and other Drake’s originals. We place a priority on having fun and enjoying what we do! Come be a part of the Drake’s fam!

Drake’s Brewing Company is a top 10 Northern California craft brewer. We are looking for Hosts, Runners, and Servers. In the FOH role, you will support our customers in having a unique and interactive experience with craft beer, deliciously enhanced bar food, and a fun vibe.

Job Responsibilities/Main Functions/Main Tasks:

 Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide any necessary information pertaining to current policies and regulations

 Organize and maintain all reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists

 Provide support to all areas of the space as needed

 Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries

 Provide the correct contact information to guests regarding reservation, banquet, and/or event requests

 Ensure smooth service by quickly and accurately running beverages and food to guests

 Provide friendly and welcoming service to each guest

 Be knowledgeable about all food and beverages served

 Maintain a clean working environment

 Maintain contact with Kitchen staff, Management, and FOH staff to ensure customers concerns are addressed

 Complete all tasks and trainings assigned by management staff

● Passion for Hospitality and Craft Beer: is internally motivated to stay focused, knowledgeable, and committed to providing the best possible guest experience. Interested in learning about all aspects of craft beer.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

● Experience with POS systems

● Proficient beer knowledge: styles, flavor profiles, etc.

● Proficient knowledge of location’s beverages: beers, ciders, etc.

● Familiarity with reservation platforms

● High level of verbal and written communication

● Ability to competently use tablets and other electronic devices

● Basic understanding of opening and closing a bar

● Current RBS and Food Handlers Card or the ability to obtain

Physical Requirements

Alcohol Responsibility – The candidate must fully understand that they are a representative of not only the Drake’s Brewing Company but of the alcohol beverage industry. With that said they are to conduct themselves within the limits of the law and with concern to the education of responsible consumption, always. This includes working hours, trade shows, festivals and in any other work-related function where you are a representative of Drake’s Brewing Company.

Any poor reflection or legal matters that may arise due to poor judgment may be dealt with by means of disciplinary action or termination.
