Mayacama is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to manage the restaurant service in the Dining Room, Bar & Grill, and Snack Bars inside the magnificent Tuscan-inspired Clubhouse. Work with a great team including two supervisors and two leads, to advance Mayacama's unmatched hospitality while providing an unforgettable experience for its Members.
Work hours vary as dictated by business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position offering paid vacation, sick time and holiday pay.
