Tea Shop Manager
We're seeking an energetic Bubble Tea/Coffee Shop Manager to join our growing business!
Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
Craft delicious bubble tea drinks, maintaining quality standards and menu knowledge.
Contribute to marketing efforts, brainstorming creative ideas to promote the shop.
Manage inventory and interact with suppliers and contractors.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista, bartender, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills, with a friendly approach.
Experience with inventory management and a keen eye for detail.
A creative mindset to help with innovation.
Spoken English Proficiency.
Desire to build a career in the food service industry.
