RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers.
Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Notary is a plus.
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Excellent verbal communication skills
Able to lift 40 pounds
Willing and able to work a flexible, part-time schedule that may span Monday through Sunday

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep/Sales Associate with 1-2 years experience in retail/customer service environment who enjoy working with people. Must be able to work weekends. Must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business. We offer a competitive wage, supportive management, and opportunity to grow. Great role for college students.
Responsibilities include:
Delivers outstanding customer service to customers and telephone inquiries
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers and team members
Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, and alternative solutions
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately.
Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in Point of Sale system.
Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
Receive and prepare documents for printing.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Able to work Saturday and Sunday
Must be 18 years of Age and have High School Diploma
Drivers License
Reliable, dependable and punctual
Outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills
Computer literate
Be able to multi-task and must have ability to effectively cross-sell in a fast-paced retail environment
Professional, resourceful, flexible, action oriented, enthusiastic, team player
Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Shipping and packaging experience a plus
Can lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to pass Department of Justice background check
Preferred (but not required):
Previous customer service, sales, or similar retail experience is a plus
Notary Certification (or willing to obtain within first 6 months; reimbursable training available)
Experience with copy/print, design
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (opportunity to grow)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Store hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 10:00-6:00 PM. Sunday 10:30 am-6 pm
Experience:
Retail and customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Notary Certification (or willing to obtain within a Year)
Live Scan Certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
