Berkeley Glass Center has been providing residential and commercial glass installation and repair service for over 40 years. We are currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to provide office and project support .As the first point of contact, this individual must be professional with a friendly personality and a positive can-do attitude to provide excellent customer service to our employees, clients and vendors. This individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong commitment to follow-through.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide general support to customers.

Answer mobile, and direct calls.

Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail. Prepare outgoing mail and shipping documents/packages order and maintain office supplies.

Perform routine clerical functions including typing, scanning, photocopying, filing.

Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately and remove and destroy outdated files according to company and legal guidelines.

Provide administrative support with data entry

Assist with archiving files. Keeping our same routine of how we keep our files.

Assist office team with day to day activities, which can consist of preparing documents, compiling reports, binding, printing, responding to emails and other service requests.

Perform work related errands, as requested

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Computer Proficiency (Word/Excel/Emails/QuickBooks).

Must be able to work independently with little supervision in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills-verbal and written (bilingual is a plus).

Discretions in handling confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
