Span.IO, Inc. seeks Supply Chain Business Analyst(s) in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the order management, product fulfillment, and supply planning of Span’s products. More specific duties include: Identifying and analyzing business requirements and priorities and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of customer deliverables; acting as order processing subject matter expert; identifying issues and assisting with workflow improvements in processes and systems; using datasets to ensure orders are processed efficiently and in compliance with company requirements and quality, including meeting SLAs for quality and transaction volume; analyzing inventory and sales to support demand and capacity planning, including future inventory requirements, shortages, and cost impacts; identifying material risks and mitigation plans and communicating to managers and other cross-functional teams; gathering input from internal requestors and other sources to create purchase orders; creating, maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex data reports and models; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the United States, but will report to headquarters in San Francisco, California. Salary range $90k-$130k.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related positions. Other special requirements: Two (2) years of experience in business data analytics; two (2) years of experience in Salesforce software or similar MRP system; and two (2) years of experience in Arena or similar ERP software.
