Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Client Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional skills include the ability work independently and manage time effectively.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a high-growth firm in the financial services industry. In addition, this would be a great opportunity to explore a specific interest within the financial planning field, such as marketing, compliance, financial planning itself, investment management, or anything else.

Responsibilities:

Send introductory emails to prospective clients.

Distribute and manage new client agreements and other Schwab e-signable paperwork through DocuSign.

Coordinate and manage the transition of client accounts from the client’s current custodian to Charles Schwab.

Assist in preparing client notes from meetings, inputting them into the CRM system, and organizing them in Google Docs.

Coordinate room reservations for client meetings.

Handle client service issues as they arise and meeting follow-up tasks.

Proofread articles, emails, and other documents for accuracy and professionalism.

Mail traditional paperwork to clients when necessary.

Requirements:

Proficiency with the following systems: Schwab Advisor Center, DocuSign, any CRM, Excel, Google Cloud, MailChimp (or similar service), WordPress (helpful, not necessary).

Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar role.

Familiarity with custodial transitions, account setup procedures, and wealth management processes

Details:

Compensation: $45 per hour

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Remote

Hours: 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility to grow over time. Can be flexible within 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM working hours, minimum 3 days per week, depending on what works best for you.
