Job Description:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Company Controller to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, well-versed in financial management, and capable of driving financial success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.

Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize financial performance.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial health.

Implement effective internal controls and compliance measures.

Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Cash Management:

Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

Optimize working capital and investment strategies.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate financial results, strategies, and risks to stakeholders.

Collaborate with investors, auditors, and other external partners.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Company Controller or in a senior financial leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

CPA or other relevant certifications.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
