Qualifications:
The ideal candidate needs to have strong QuickBooks Online accounting software experience, 5 years (Required)
A background in general accounting: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task
Work in a courteous, competent, and efficient manner
Responsibilities:
Seeking individual comfortable executing general office tasks that include accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks Online
Weekly update of QuickBooks Online
Typical bookkeeping activities that ensure income statement and balance sheet are accurate
Prepare a monthly balance sheet and income statement
Reconcile bank statements monthly
Make bank deposits
Preparations for CPA
Maintain a clean and orderly office and safeguard all confidential records
Work with payroll company and HR records
Schedule vendor payments and record bank transactions
Maintain a calendar with all bills and accounts
Prepare profit and lost statements
Track sales tax and sales receipts
