Job Description:
Manages and coordinates accounting department activities and staff.(The job is onsite)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and analyze accounting operations; recommend objectives and policies.
Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports; meet regulatory requirements.
Coordinate budget and forecast preparation.
Manage monthly accounting close cycle; prepare month-end financial statements.
Review and analyze financial information.
Implement and document accounting systems and procedures.
Audit general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Develop and implement annual department strategic plan.
Coordinate year-end audits.
Manage department budget.
Hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff; manage schedules and workflow.
Ensure staff compliance with policies and regulations.
Provide guidance and promote performance.
Identify and address problem areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervise 2 employees in the accounting department.
Interview, hire, train, and manage employees; handle performance and disciplinary actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
2-4 years of related experience.
Ability to supervise and motivate.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with all management levels.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good judgment and decision-making ability.
Basic competence in supervised tasks.
