Description We're working with a property management company in Santa Monica who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their team. You'll be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for tenants
Updating vendor information
Processing invoices, certificates of insurance and contracts
Providing administrative support to the property manager
