Description Am 200 firm with a national presence had partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a contract to hire litigation legal assistant in Santa Monica, California. The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, heavy litigation environment.This high powered role is in office for the first 90 days of the contract period after which it will flex to hybrid 3 days in 2 days out. Salary upon hire 80K-92KResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to 4+ attorneys
Efile (State & Federal)
Manage and maintain litigation calendar via (Compulaw)- training in software will be provided
General litigation administrative support:
iManage for document management, Aderant/Intapp open for billing/conflicts checks/admin needs
Communication with clients
Schedule travel, depositions, meetings, etc.
Time entry, assisting accounting department for billing/invoice requests
Foster professional communication with clients
Tech Savvy
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant Utilize skills in case management software, Microsoft Office Suites, Billing Functions, Calendar Management, Documentation, e-File, and Calendaring.Compensation & Benefits Upon Hire:
