We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives at a fast-growing, Silicon Valley-based telecom/IT company. This is not a coordination role—we’re looking for someone who can own projects end-to-end, develop campaigns, manage performance, and make data-driven decisions to support lead generation, brand presence, and customer engagement.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with online advertising, event-based campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives in a B2B environment—preferably within technology, telecom, or IT services.Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Advertising Campaigns
Plan, build, and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Manage ad creatives, budgets, targeting, and performance optimization.Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Develop and execute strategies to drive high-quality inbound leads. Monitor performance and continuously optimize conversion paths using A/B testing and analytics insights.Marketing Project Management
Own the execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables from start to finish. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, operations) to align messaging and timelines.Brand Consistency & Content Oversight
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints including paid ads, landing pages, presentations, and email campaigns.Partner Portal & Content Systems
Oversee updates and organization of partner-facing platforms. Manage templates and digital assets for internal and external use.Event & Webinar Campaigns
Lead marketing efforts for tradeshows, partner webinars, and local tech events—including promotion, registration, and follow-up.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and ad platforms. Generate monthly reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
