We are seeking a full-time Financial Coordinator position in a successful and growing, patient-centered ORTHODONTIC PRACTICE. If you are our ideal candidate:

Your primary duties will include presenting and explaining financial arrangements to new patients as well as monthly billing and collecting. Your additional duties include:
Post payments, charge new accounts, and close out for the deposit
Collections on a daily basis through in-person conversations, phone calls, and letters
Verify insurance benefits prior to all new patient exams
Bill insurance within 24 hours of the start of treatment
Follow up with insurance companies regarding payments
Close out the month and complete month-end reports
Send statements to all accounts with a balance
Provide back-up for the scheduling coordinator
Provide back-up for the treatment coordinator
