Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Successful solo personal injury attorney (National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated Preeminent) seeks experienced paralegal or legal secretary to work on a small caseload of 6 and 7 figure cases in an upbeat and supportive environment. I am passionate about providing my clients the best possible representation, and treating my clients and employee like family. I take great pride in obtaining excellent results while forming great relationships with my clients, and am looking for an assistant who has that same ethic. I am extremely flexible and supportive of my employee, and am very collaborative. Responsibilities including assisting with preparing clients for depositions and DME's, drafting demand letters and discovery responses, handling court filings, and online investigation and research. Up to $90,000 commensurate with experience, generous bonuses based on performance, health insurance and vacation/sick leave PTO. Prefer full time and in person, but willing to consider part-time, hybrid or remote.
