Company in Goleta is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well established, fast growing company that offers health insurance, paid time off, sick time and other in house benefits.

$16.00/hour

Part Time and Full Time hours available Monday-Friday between 5:00am-4:30pm

Essential Job Duties:

Will answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

Answer calls and respond to emails to provide customers with product information.

Enter new customer information into system, or update existing customer information.

Process orders, forms, and payments.

Research required information using available resources.

Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Determines accuracy by comparing client information to requirements.

Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED

1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role

Excellent communication and data entry skills

Automotive or carp parts industry experience and/or knowledge is a huge plus!
