The position is in Customer Service / Inside Sales, working closely with all departments including operations, marketing, accounting, and shipping /receiving. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a great communicator; detail oriented, takes initiative, and is computer literate. Previous customer service experience essential.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers and distributors by email and phone
Order entry & processing at the highest level
Use analytic tools for data gathering, analysis, and sound decision making
Staying organized and completing all assigned tasks punctually
Key Competencies
Excellent communicative skills; both verbal and written
Computer competencies (email, web, Excel, Word)
Being able to multitask effectively
Strong organization and problem solving skills
Able to adjust and adapt as the work loads dictate
Be extremely dependable, having a great attitude, and a team player
