Position: Customer Service/Sales Representative
Location: Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara
Responsibilities: Sell tickets for our exciting boat cruises. Provide top-notch customer service, assisting guests with reservations, inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer concerns and providing information about our services. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements: Previous professional experience in customer service and/or sales is a must. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Enthusiasm for engaging with customers and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
