They will partner with the markets to increase brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, gain market share, and increase revenue. Reporting to the Director, Global Brand Marketing, this role will focus on core campaigns, always-on global storytelling, brand moments, and global comms while supporting the rest of the Global Brand Marketing on NPD campaigns.This role is a key driver of the brand across the globe and requires a strong POV, strong project management, and the ability to collaborate, influence, and secure buy-in with cross-functional partners including sales & commercial teams, product innovation, creative, local markets, as well as external partners and vendors. The Senior Manager of Global Brand Marketing will need to be a consumer-focused, data-driven marketer with ability to compile and analyze data quickly to create data-based recommendations and strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Marketing Campaigns:

Build and oversee the development of 360° launch toolkits, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all markets.

Collaborate with local cross-functional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets while maintaining brand and campaign integrity.

Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for global marketing campaigns.

Asset Development:

Lead the creation of campaign materials, including photoshoots, videos, digital content, and print collateral, ensuring all assets align with the brand's positioning.

Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class materials on schedule.

Brand Partnerships:

Identify, evaluate, and manage global strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand equity and reach.

Develop and present partnership proposals, ensuring alignment with brand goals and values.

Oversee execution and measurement of partnership activations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Marketing/Development, Consumer Insights, PR, DTC, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and execution.

Serve as a key point of contact for Creative and Regional Markets to ensure seamless communication and implementation.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Report on key metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

5-10 years of experience in Global Marketing with expertise in skincare and beauty.

Deep knowledge of the beauty industry, with an emphasis on skincare, from consumer to retail landscape; previous prestige beauty experience is strongly preferred.

Excellent judgment, maturity, and decision-making skills with integrity and empathy.

Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

This position is located in San Francisco and requires working on site in our San Francisco office at least 2 days per week.

The DetailsThe expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
