If so, we may have the job for you.The Product Manager will be part of the Business Enablement + Solutions team, a central IT team within the SF Fed that builds technical solutions for the 12th District and across the System. As the Product Manager, you will promote technology outcomes to meet the needs and expectations of our business partners. In your role, you will foster dialogue and communication between multiple partners and technical experts, encourage collaboration amongst Agile team members and lead Agile team planning. Additionally, you will lead all aspects of requirements gathering and capture of user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and guide sprint and release planning.What will you do?
Implementing product vision: Work withbusinessandIT partners to identify gaps and opportunities for new capabilities, translate inspiring product visions into product roadmaps in alignment withbusinessandIT strategies.
Detail-oriented approach: Interpret requirements, write user stories and work with technical teams, developers, business analysts, UX and internal constituents to determinethe details.
Agile Practice: Partner with Scrum master and technical teams toparticipatein agile ceremonies (sprint demos, retrospectives, sprint planning), manage the backlog, and prioritize work within sprints.
Continuous Improvement : Incorporate release reviews, user testing, user feedback, operational and performance metrics, and analysis to proactively identify enhancements and help mature theteam’s agile processes.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent updates with relevant stakeholders.
Coordination : Organize release activities and monitor product performance, adoption, and operational health; participate in testing as needed.

What will you bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
Typically requires 5+ years relevantexperience as a product owner within an agile teamenvironment.
Must exhibit strong interpersonalskills and a collaborative style and can share technical ideas and approaches withothers.
IT Cloud Infrastructure, software development process and technical software experience is preferred.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar technology is a plus.
Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card with intent to become U.S. Citizen
Desired Skills:
SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM) certification or similar
Familiarity with content management bestpractices and technology
