The District Manager has the primary mission of fostering client relationships and negotiating client contracts to increase new business opportunities and profitability for the Company. District Managers foster long term relationships by delivering operational excellence to meet client and customer needs.  Key Responsibilities:Maintain a visible presence at the account level to foster and strengthen relationships with all clientsEmbed client retention as a daily process through thoughtful actions and attitudes, using the Tenacity Client for Life methodologyDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and tailor services to meet their specific requirementsAlign key Dexterra contacts with like positions within the client organization to create a strategic web of influenceIdentify gaps and opportunities and determine root causes in operating standards and overall client satisfactionCommunicate performance expectations clearly, monitor and reward performance to ensure that plans, goals, and budgets are metIdentify new opportunities to market and sell new products and services within existing clients or to new clientsUtilize the Miller Heiman sales methodology and process to enhance selling strategies and outcomesOversee the management team to ensure operational strength through quality checks and other methodsFacilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and to address any issues or concernsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in operationsEnsure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirementsManage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are metProvide leadership, development, and mentoring to management team members, enhancing their skills and career growthEnsure the implementation of health and safety policies to create a safe working environment for all employeesManage conflict resolution and address any issues or grievances promptly and effectively
