Position SummaryVisa’s Global Brand Team is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our Global Marketing organization, focusing on strengthening Visa’s Brand Value for both consumers and clients. This pivotal role will drive the development and management of our global brand claims strategy, positioning Visa as a leader in security, acceptance and trust. The Senior Manager will spearhead key FY26 initiatives that support our Security+ strategy, shape compelling value propositions, and unlock new opportunities to showcase Visa’s superiority in the marketplace. Effectively embedding Visa’s brand advantages in consumer advertising is a key lever for marketing to be able to deliver on the four strategic imperatives of Visa’s 2030 Strategy. Essential FunctionsBrand Claims Center of ExcellenceMaintain and enhance a centralized global repository of brand claims spanning initiatives, audiences, and regions.Lead the development and refinement of claims that deliver on the Security+ brand promise.Manage the risk assessment process for all brand claims, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate guidelines.Enable Regional implementation and campaign performanceClaims Development & DeliveryDevelop and launch new, differentiated claims for strategic focus areas, including: Affluent, Non-Card, Innovation Products, and B2B SolutionsPartner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Regional, and Creative teams to ensure claims are substantiated, relevant, and globally scalable.Package substantiated claims in clear, actionable formats for internal and external stakeholders, including support for legal approvalsAudience Testing & InsightsDesign and execute qualitative and quantitative testing programs to validate claim effectiveness across key consumer and client segments.Identify and integrate robust comparative data points to reinforce Visa’s superiority, especially in security,Collaborate with Insights & Analytics teams to test brand claims ability to lift relevance, preference and motivation to choose Visa.Leverage insights to refine messaging and inform go-to-market strategies.Client & Investor Brand StrengthDevelop a new approach to demonstrate Visa’s brand strength for clients and investors, utilizing BERA and other independent data sources.Articulate Visa’s macro brand narrative and highlight value levers across the cardholder lifecycle.Create compelling, data-driven storytelling for RFPs, renewals, and sales enablement materialsThis is a hybrid position.
