FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a qualified, well-trained Guitar Finishing Technician to serve on our team. Responsibilities include:
· Sanding and prepping guitars for finishing in all stages.
· Must be good with a palm DA sander, taping and scraping bindings.
· Must have experience with buffing guitars on a pedestal buffing machine.
· Prior knowledge of stripping guitars is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Compensation shall include: Performance-based pay structure with a guaranteed $20 hourly + bonus paid quarterly. Greater experience shall command higher starting pay.
