FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a qualified, well-trained Guitar Technician/Luthier to serve on our team. Responsibilities include:
Perform setup and Basic Maintenance on most Acoustic, Electric, and Bass guitars.
Experienced with Pickup Swaps and Installation with Proficient Soldering on wide range of instruments.
Experience in Fret Dressing, Nut Fabrication, and tuning Machine Installations
Additional experience with the following would command higher compensation:
Ability to perform re-frets and neck resets.
Binding repair and bridge removal/installation.
COMPENSATION
Compensation shall include: Performance-based pay structure with a guaranteed $20 hourly + bonus paid quarterly. Greater experience shall command higher starting pay.
