5-Star solar company is hiring a Solar & Battery lead, installer and Field Service Technician in the southern California region (San Diego and Riverside counties) to install/service/repair company's solar and battery installations. MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT PREVIOUS SOLAR INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE; knowledge of micro and string inverters systems, mounting and installation of inverters and solar panels, installation of battery systems, system communications, wire pulling, conduit bending, basic electrical knowledge, etc. Must have transportation and tools. Applicants WITHOUT this experience should NOT apply as they WILL NOT be considered. This is a full time, high paying position, with medical benefits, and advancement/leadership opportunities for high level achievers.

Be able to climb 2 and 3 story ladders and work on roofs without fear of heights.
Have ability to work up to 6 days per week, and work overtime as needed.

Have reliable transportation.
