We are a busy off-road and lift kit auto shop in San Diego looking for a reliable, motivated Office Assistant who understands automotive service—especially vehicle lifts and off-roading.
This position involves customer service, basic sales, scheduling, and assisting in managing the daily office workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Provide information about services and products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar
- Assist with parts ordering and tracking
- Support customers with off-road/lift-related inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Follow up with clients and upsell services
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive services (lifts, off-roading preferred)
- Basic computer and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the US
