We are looking for a Sales Pro.
Who Are We? AGA Tools is an engineering and manufacturing company that produces unique tooling solutions and OEM parts for the automotive industry. Our customers include BMW, Rivian, GM, Hyundai and many independent shops. We have experienced rapid growth, year-over-year, with the addition of several product series. One of these, the Clean Oil Series, has led us to pioneer an entire line of products that provide a cleaner, safer, and faster way to do oil changes. Already in with BMW, there is a huge potential for dealership sales and fleet service providers.
We are looking for a Sales Representative to help us scale our B2B network across industries that require vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance: This includes construction, commercial service vehicles, fire, rental cars, marine applications, and many more.
This is a high-impact, in-person role where you’ll have the freedom to build real relationships, close new business contracts, and help shape the future of our sales team.
This role is perfect for you if:
You love chasing new customers and closing new sales
You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience (Tools or Automotive experience a bonus)
You can walk into a shop or industrial distributor and make a meaningful connection
You want to grow with a company that creates new products and solutions
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven closer who can also manage and grow existing accounts
Strong communicator with solid follow-up and organizational skills
Confident in conducting product demos and trainings
Self-starter with a team-player attitude
Willingness to travel (trade shows, dealer visits, etc.)
Primarily work on-site in Escondido, CA
Off-road, automotive, or dealership experience is helpful—but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000–$60,000 base salary, with tiered commission
