We’re looking for a Leasing Agent with LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience to join our team in San Diego, CA (92111)! This is a temp-to-hire position with great growth potential.
Details:
Pay: $20/hour + bonuses upon hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
Duties:
Organize and manage tax credit files
Assist with leasing and compliance for LIHTC properties
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Familiarity with LIHTC and tax credit processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
