Come join a well established family owned, low key property management company located in Pacific Beach with an immediate opening for a leasing agent/property manager. No previous experience needed. We are looking for a motivated individual looking to grow ones career in the property management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and current residents
- Scheduling showings, unit inspections, etc.
- Conduct property showings throughout San Diego area
- Create, update and refresh marketing listings for vacancies across different platforms
- Respond to general leasing inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with California Real Estate laws and regulations
- Manage resident relations, leasing agreements, and maintenance requests
- Maintain financial records and basic bookkeeping tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid California Real Estate License (required)
- Valid Driver's License, Current auto insurance with reliable transportation (required)
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
- A friendly and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work full time, weekdays (This is not a remote position)
