We are currently seeking a hungry and customer service oriented leasing agent/realtor to join our residential property management team. We currently manage about 85 single family homes, a few small apartment dwellings, and we are growing rapidly. This business services all of San Diego County.
The team currently consists of an owner/broker, a back office operations manager, a bookkeeper, and a marketing manager. This role would primarily be responsible for leasing out our vacant units, and obtaining new business from our vast marketing channels and consistent influx of landlord leads.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Onboarding new properties into our property management software
-Obtaining photos from various sources for marketing material purposes
-Managing the client relationship through the leasing process
-Showing homes and meeting with contractors
-Managing contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs or any upgrades during vacancy
-Responding to prospective tenants and scheduling viewings
-Drafting leases and managing the entire leasing process from start to finish
-Managing the owner-client relationship throughout the entire tenancy
-Helping our operations manager maintain smooth relationships with our tenants once they are in place
