Position Overview: As an Operations-Savvy Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant team, keeping the party going smoothly. From managing the systems that keep us booking parties to collaborating with sales and marketing for new party ideas, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs like clockwork. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves a good challenge, and isn't afraid to bring their creative ideas to the table.

Hybrid Position: Get ready for the best of both worlds! Work from the comfort of your own home while still getting that office vibe in San Marcos, CA. With weekly Zoom calls and daily team chats, you'll always be in the loop. This is a part-time gig, perfect for those who want flexibility without sacrificing the excitement of being part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide top-notch administrative support to our sales and operations team, helping us level up our customer support game.

2. Take charge of our CRM system, making sure customer bookings are managed like a pro.

3. Get your creative juices flowing as you find ways to streamline our operations and sales processes.

4. Keep the lines of communication open with our team and external partners to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time.

5. Dive into special projects and initiatives with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

6. Bring your A-game to our creative meetings in the office.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or relevant experience in event production.

2. Previous experience in an administrative role, especially in the private event space, is a big plus.

3. Organizational skills that are second to none and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

4. Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, LACRM, Basecamp, Tango, Loom, and other relevant software.

6. A team player who can also work independently when needed.

7. Flexibility and a willingness to tackle new challenges head-on.

8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work every time.
