Location: Multiple locations in central San Diego, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible start / end
Starting Pay: $20/hour
ABOUT US
We are a growing local company with a portfolio of owned / operated short and long term rentals, diversifying into construction, renovations and ADU builds on owned properties. As we continue to expand our operations, we're looking for a key team member to provide administrative and operations support to our team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is perfect for a detail oriented and organized person who is a clear communicator and helps maintain a friendly, productive work environment. It offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to advance as our company expands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct administrative and scheduling support to the company owners
Coordinate scheduling for project dates, site visits, price quotes, and inspections
Conduct basic research as needed for projects and business operations
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure activities are competed on time and budget
Work with cleaners and maintenance crew to ensure continued and improved rental operations
Track projects and tasks, ensuring proper follow-up
General problem-solving and office management duties
Other construction office administration as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Language Skills: Fluent English and Spanish (reading, writing, and typing required)
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets / Docs
Communication: Strong phone and written communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in construction or a related field
Previous experience managing projects, operations with multiple team members and sites
