We’re seeking a resourceful and dynamic team member to support two sister companies operating under one roof. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across two organizations with shared leadership.
Role 1: Operations Assistant
Company: Confidential Business Undergoing Sale
Focus: Operational support and sales preparation
You’ll work directly with company leadership to:
Assist in daily operations and interactions with customers
Help coordinate activities related to business valuation and sale
This role is temporary until the business is sold, at that juncture this employee will transition into a full-time focus on the Office Associate role.
Role 2: Office Associate – Equipment Financing
Company: Finance Company
Focus: Shared departmental assistance with opportunities for growth
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing & processing customer applications
Supporting credit analysts with document collection, organization, and tracking
Coordinating contract preparation and file management
Communicating with clients and vendors as needed
This role suits someone who thrives on detail, efficiency, and customer support.
