Acupuncturist office seeking an Admin Assistant on a permanent basis. Our office is located in Poway, 40 hours a week, M-F, 9am-5pm. Salary is $20hrly and pay is monthly.
The position entails answering phones, greeting clients and managing appointment schedule, You will also be trained on coordinating with insurance companies to inquire on billing, payments, or processing claims.
You must have experience in data entry and form filling and be good with clients on the phone. A marketing background would be a great skill to possess and may have an additional impact salary rate.
