We are in need of one well rounded office assistant able to perform and familiar with the following office functions and activities:
1) File effectively, create, organize, and file all types of company files, accounts receivables, accounts payable, employee files, company files, etc.
2) Computer literate familiar with all Microsoft office products; word, excel, power point
3) Good communication skills, must have good customer services skills
4) Good with phones and handling some of the incoming and outbound phone calls to clients, vendors, and staff
5) Good with the internet and and familiar with multiple platforms, facebook, linked in, etc.
6) Able to work in a fast fast paced environment
7) Ability to meet deadlines on projects
8) Familiarity with CRM platforms is a definite plus
9) Able to work independently
