Electrical Contractor is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in various software applications and demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as the capability to multi task.
Monday-Friday, 32 to 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
-Filing both physical and digital documents
-Manage incoming calls
-Process incoming and outgoing mail
-Provide administrative support for all projects
-Maintain and organize office calendar
-Design and implement forms for use within the office by applying knowledge of software applications and update as needed.
-Operate standard office equipment
-Maintain office supplies inventory and stock
-Office Housekeeping
-Print and/or pick up plans
-Pick up or deliver items to the job sites as needed
Requirements and Skills:
-Knowledge of construction (2+ years experience in construction setting)
-Software Knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook/Adobe and Dropbox)
-Exceptional phone and email etiquette
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Basic bookkeeping experience
-Reliable transportation
$20.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE. Eligible for benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k) after first 60 days of employment
