$27 - $35/hr Depending on Experience
We are looking for a skilled construction management administrator to handle our growing business’ billings and contracts. Our company works as both a GC and sub here in San Diego, doing private and prevailing wage work. The position is full-time in our Lakeside office. It requires the ability to timely prepare and submit our progress and retention billings as well as managing our subcontractor’s billing. You’ll also be responsible for preparing and managing contracts and subcontracts. You’ll be working closely with our project managers and management to make sure all submissions and documents are accurate and timely.
We are a growing local company and we want to find someone committed to helping us build strong procedures and processes as we grow. Experience with construction management, prevailing wages, and federal contracts is essential. Experience in Sage and Procore is a significant plus.
