Family commercial construction company located in East El Cajon seeking a skilled and detailed orientated individual who can perform accounts payable using Sage Timberline Software (we are willing to train if you do not have previous experience using this software but prefer a candidate with accounting experience). This position also consists of lien releases, setting up jobs, printing plans, typing bids and change orders, ordering office supplies, reconciling invoices and credit card statements, filing, answering phones, emails and general office duties. This is an in-person position 40 hours per week. We offer Kaiser health insurance, 401k, paid holidays and paid sick days.
