Prefab Granite Depot is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist in managing business operations. This is a full-time position for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and great at multitasking.
Responsibilities:
✅ Basic QuickBooks Data Entry – Minimal knowledge needed, just input and organize records.
✅ Bill Payment & Tracking – Ensure bills are paid on time and properly documented.
✅ Insurance & Worker's Compensation Management – Keep records updated and organized.
✅ General Office Administration – Filing, organizing, and maintaining business documents.
✅ Assist the Owner – Help manage different aspects of business operations.
✅ Proficiency in Office Software – Must be comfortable using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Requirements:
Office Experience Required – Must have experience handling administrative tasks.
Basic QuickBooks Knowledge – Comfortable with minimal QuickBooks work (data entry).
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to keep files and records structured.
Strong Multitasking Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-Motivated & Independent – Takes initiative and can work without constant supervision.
