Case Manager / Client Service Specialist

We are a highly regarded financial services & consulting firm dealing with successful business owners, executives and professionals. We are looking for an engaging, resourceful, well-organized and motivated individual for long-term employment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Working with custodians and third-party managers to open investment accounts. Filling out all opening documents and assisting the client in reviewing and signing the documents via DocuSign.

Working on transferring funds in and out of investment accounts as needed

Replying to investment client emails and calls with appropriate information.

Assisting in preparing for quarterly reviews by updating client’s risk tolerance questionnaire periodically and

obtaining quarterly review reports and other related information.

Contacting clients and companies through email and telephone as needed

Managing case files, including scanning, indexing and updating client files pursuant to established procedures

Maintaining a spreadsheet with all investment account activity.

Updating client information in database

Organizing electronic files in Box Cloud

Providing weekly report of cases to the CEO

Partnering with our office manager on various tasks as needed

Keeping your workspace organized

REQUIREMENTS:

Most of all – a positive outlook and desire to continuously learn and grow

Strong work ethic

Self-confident and able speak up as necessary

A strong sense of humility, maturity, and adaptability under pressure

Excellent computer skills – highly proficient specifically in Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat at a minimum

Organized with high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Punctual and excellent time management skills

Creative thinker with strong verbal and written skills

Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently

Having prior experience in the investment industry is a plus

Commitment to keeping client data confidential

Polite, positive and professional with staff and clients

Look, act, and dress professionally
