Commercial property maintenance company in Vista is looking for a dynamic and detail oriented customer service manager to join our growing team. With multiple locations in San Diego County, we need an individual who can help to increase efficiency, maintain organization and improve customer satisfaction.
A positive attitude, great attention to detail and strong customer service skills are a MUST. Experience in sales or marketing including social media is a big plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Customer service and relationship building
Answering phones and managing service requests.
Spreadsheet management
Job processing and tracking
Proposal drafting and follow up
Office management
Other administrative duties to be assigned as needed.
Applicants must be computer savvy and have strong written/verbal communication skills.
Must have strong attention to detail and work well in a busy and fast paced environment.
Must have excellent self management skills and ability to adapt.
2 years experience in a similar position is required to be considered for this position.
