Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Efficiently manage our custom CRM systems to track and resolve customer inquiries.

Handle multiple phone lines with professionalism and courtesy.

Execute precise dispatch operations to optimize workflow.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in top-notch customer service roles.

Proficient in CRM software for effective issue resolution and other customer service-related software.

Comfortable managing high call volumes and multiple phone lines.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
