Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Experience in a manufacturing company (preferred)
Customer Service experience of 1 year (preferred)
Must be Computer Literate
Proficient in basic math
Bilingual a plus!
Duties:
General office work, typical for a manufacturing company. This will include:
Filing of records
Answering Phone Calls
Data Entry
Quoting of Prices for our Products
Processing of Reports/ Customer Purchase Orders/ etc.
Handle outgoing shipments daily- such as issuing packing slips, certifications, labels, etc.
Starting Date: ASAP
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekends Off
