Full Job Description
We’re looking for a qualified full-time employee to perform a wide range of in-office tasks to improve the efficiency and productivity of our company. We are certified with Konica Minolta and Toshiba lines of office equipment/technologies.
Billing responsibilities are to answer all service contract related phone calls and emails. Properly and accurately entering contract billing information into Eautomate, which is our operating system. Enter meter counts on a daily basis, credit and payment information, contact information, contract addendums/deletions and change orders. The Billing Specialist is also responsible for collecting money from clients and applying those monies to customer accounts, running credit cards and collections.
Qualifications Needed:
- Computer Savvy / Literate
- E-Automate experience required
- Full-time: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
- Customer Service Experience
- Well organized and detail oriented, strong listening skills
- Openness to receive training
- Team-minded enthusiasm
- Excel, Word
-Data Entry, attention to detail
Job Tasks to Include:
- Communications with customers
- Dispatching jobs to technicians
- Processing work order and estimates
- Teaming with staff to continue the growth of the business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift, Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
