American Asphalt & Concrete, Inc. is looking for a responsible and reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, clerical and sales support tasks.
Basic duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
-Welcoming guests
-Answering phone calls from clients/suppliers/general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
-Assisting in daily office functions
-Managing our company's general administrative activities
This position will provide support to the Administrative and sales team by overseeing the daily job calendar, preparing estimates/proposals and assisting with client communication. We are looking someone with a willingness to learn and grow with our company!
Must have Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), web-based email systems, and use of basic office equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.). Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum (2) years experience in an administrative role preferred.
QuickBooks, Construction/Contracting experience, Certified Payroll/Public Works projects experience, and Plan Swift knowledge a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
