We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Engineer to join our team.
Qualifications: (Required)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry
Strong knowledge and understanding of AS9100 Rev. D
Ability to complete First Article reports per AS9102 Rev. C
Ability to interpret customer drawings and specification requirements
Ability to maintain, create, and revise Quality Manual and procedures as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Familiar with all essential inspection tools and procedures
Good communication skills
Experience with the following is preferred but not required:
Net-Inspect / Discus / UniPoint
Heat Treating / Welding / Penetrant / Chem Processing
Calibration of inspection tools
Duties will include:
Completing First Articles per AS9102 Rev. C
Conducting Internal Audits
Conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Actions
Interact with customers for all quality-related issues
Contract review of customer orders
Report to company leadership any quality issues and solutions
