Responsibilities
Follow safety procedures
Practice 5S – Lean Manufacturing
Maintain proficiency and quality as required
Sub-assembly of Turbine Systems.
Final Assembly of Turbine Systems.
Repair Turbine Systems
Sub-assembly of spray guns
Final assembly of spray guns
Assemble and package accessories, hoses and kits as needed
Skills and Knowledge
Fast learner
Good with your hands
Good communication skills
Must have initiative, be a team player
Attention to detail
Be able to routinely lift and carry 50 lbs. or more to shoulder height
Be able to operate hand tools to effectively complete the job
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and 5S a plus
Compensation
Starting range $17 to $20/hour, full time depending on experience.
Room for quick advancement if you are motivated to learn and are a hard worker
